Indoor Air Quality

The Department of Health Indoor Air Toxics Program was started in 1994. Its goal is to improve the health of Floridians by reducing exposure to indoor air contaminants. The primary function of this program is to provide advice and expertise to Floridians with indoor air problems in residences, schools, health care and public facilities. Our highest priority is given to helping solve health problems when a physician suspects that indoor air quality may be a contributing factor.
