Tanning Facilities

We are given authority under Chapter 64E-17, Florida Administrative Code Opens in new window (50.2kb PDF) and Chapter 381.89 Florida Statutes to inspect and permit all tanning facilities. Facilities are inspected twice per year to verify their safe and sanitary operation.
