Services include physicals, management and treatment of chronic disease (eg. diabetes, hypertension, thyroid condition), health education and counseling, referrals for specialty care, treatment of minor acute illness such as colds and flu. Medicaid and midare are accepted. Bloodwork is drawn in house for established patients.
